In sequence in each section and display perfectly on the pages - so all is good so far. I have separated each with Section Breaks and restarted page numbering and then added the A- or B- or for an Appendix 1A-, 1B-, 2A-, 2B- etc manually. Annexes are A-1, A-2 etcī-1,B-2 etc and Appendixes are, say for Appendix 1 to Annex A, 1A-1, 1A-2 etc. The page number for the Main Body is straightforward 1, 2 etc. They have particular templates that follow a set pattern for a report Main Body, Annexes and Appendices.
